CASHIER

The Ice House Comedy Club is now accepting applications for the position of Cashier. This position relies heavy on customer service skills over the phone and in person. Must be experienced in handling money and have good deductive reasoning skills. Duties includes taking show reservations over the phone and in person, selling tickets, relaying messages to night staff and monitoring showroom capacity. This position works in a very fast-paced environment with deadlines.flexibility to handle changing circumstances is a must.

Must be friendly and outgoing. Previous customer service experience preferred. Approximately 15 hours per week includes nights & weekends. Daytime availability is a plus.

DOOR HOST
 
The Ice House Comedy Club is now accepting applications for the position of Door Host.  Responsibilities include greeting customers before shows, assisting with show seating, overseeing customer experience during shows and greeting customers as they leave after each show.  Other duties as assigned.  Must be friendly and outgoing.  Previous experience preferred.  Approximately 15 hours per week includes nights & weekends.
