Discount
Passes
Q:
I
have passes to come to The Ice House but
the expiration date has passed. Can I
still use the tickets?
A: Yes. Those passes
can be used on Sundays for non-Special
Event shows only.
Q:
I
have a pass to come to The Ice House and
it says that a small service charge will
apply. Why is that?
A: To cover our
marketing costs -- If you’re one
of the lucky ones to obtain a pass to
The Ice House, then our marketing efforts
are working! As in any business, advertising,
direct mail and telemarketing are all
effective and costly marketing tools.
Without the service charge, we would be
unable to continue to offer passes to
The Ice House.
Q:
My
pass says that it is not valid for Saturday
9 p.m. shows or Special Events. Why can’t
it be used for those shows?
A: We are happy
to honor passes for all other shows. Because
our Saturday 9 p.m. show is always a sell-out,
we do not accept passes. Special Events
are shows in high demand, usually based
on the popularity of the comedian. Therefore,
we are unable to accept passes.
